Mainland UK Delivery

We have a selection of delivery options available at checkout.

    • UK Standard Delivery £1.95 (£1.95) Posted with Royal Mail Second Class.
    • DPD Next Day Delivery (Mon – Fri) (£2.95) DPD with 1 hour delivery window – for delivery on Monday to Friday. You must order before 1pm Monday – Thursday to receive your parcel on the next business day*. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
    • DPD Saturday Delivery (Saturday) (£6.95) DPD with 1 hour delivery window (For delivery on Saturday) – For next day delivery on Saturday you must order before 1pm on Friday.
      • UK Standard Delivery £1.95 is provided by Royal Mail Second Class Parcels. You can expect to receive your order normally within 3-5 business days.
      • DPD Next Day Delivery (Mon – Fri) is provided by DPD. You will receive your parcel the next business day and will receive text / email updates on the progress of your parcel as well as a 1 hour delivery window – You must order before 1pm Monday to Thursday to receive on the next business day.*
      • DPD Saturday Delivery (Saturday) is provided by DPD. You will receive your parcel the next day and will receive text / email updates on the progress of your parcel as well as a 1 hour delivery window – For next day delivery on Saturday you must order before 1pm on Friday.
      • UK Standard Delivery £1.95 – All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday will be posted the same day*. Please note that deliveries are made anytime between 8am – 9pm.
      • Next Day Deliveries Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order the next business day*. Any orders made after 1pm will be posted the following business day. Example: Orders placed after 1pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Please note that deliveries are made anytime between 7am – 10pm. Postcode restrictions may apply.

If you leave special delivery notes (Order Notes) during the checkout process of your order we will print those notes on your parcel. If the delivery courier adheres to those notes we will not accept any responsibility for parcels that go missing or are damaged. Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland Delivery

    • UK Express Delivery (£2.50) Posted with Royal Mail First Class.
    • UK Weekday Next Day Delivery (Monday – Friday) (£6.95) Posted with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery – You must order before 1pm Monday – Thursday to receive your parcel on the next business day.*
    • UK Saturday Next Day Delivery (Saturday Delivery) (£9.95) Posted with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery – You must order before 1pm on Friday to receive on Saturday.

International Delivery

We have a selection of delivery options available at checkout.

      • Europe Zone 1 – Standard Delivery is £6.95 and is posted with Royal Mail Standard International Delivery.
        Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
      • Europe Zone 2 – Standard Delivery is £9.95 and is posted with Royal Mail Standard International Delivery.
      • Outside Europe – Standard Delivery is £12.95 and is posted with Royal Mail Standard International Delivery.
      • Standard International Delivery is posted with Royal Mail Standard International Delivery. This service might take 3-9 days.
      • International Delivery – All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday will be posted the same day.*

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order, however if you wish to return an item, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with. This also includes any faulty/damaged item(s) although we try our best to make sure all items are in perfect condition.

Any item, faulty/damaged or not, can be returned within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. If your item is faulty/damaged, please return to us in the condition you find it. If your item is not faulty/damaged, please make sure that the item(s) are in a saleable condition and repackaged as you received it.

Non-faulty/damaged goods that have been returned must have the ‘Beehola Return’ tag still attached. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging.

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

        • Re-pack your item(s) in its original packaging with the ‘Beehola Return’ tag still attached.
        • Remove your address label from the front of the packaging and replace with the provided label on your delivery note.
        • Return the package to any Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Do not post your package through the post box as you need to obtain a certificate of posting (receipt). Please follow instructions of dispatch note in case of any changes.
        • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

All of your UK Beehola returns are absolutely FREE. A free returns label is included on your delivery note inside your parcel. If you’ve misplaced your UK returns label please contact us and we will email a form out to the email address used for your order.

For any other country outside of the UK – please contact us prior to returning any item(s) and we will send you instructions via email.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of our confirmation email that states you are entitled to a refund. Please ensure that returned packages are returned back to us within 30 days of the date on your dispatch note. Any faulty products that you return to us will be refunded in full, including a refund for any delivery charges you may have originally paid. If you return more than the faulty item in the same order we will not refund the original delivery charge. If we do not receive your return we will need to obtain original proof of posting certificate which you were given at the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

International orders can be returned using any postal service – please note that you are responsible for the postage costs. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us so please retain proof of postage.
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

        • Re-pack your item(s) in its original packaging with the ‘Beehola Return’ tag still attached.
        • Remove your address label from the front of the packaging and return to the following address: Beehola LTD, 21 Sandown Lane, Liverpool, L15 8HY, UK

* There will be no deliveries or shipments made on UK Bank Holidays. If you place an order on a UK bank holiday it will be shipped the next business day. If you order by a next day service the day before a bank holiday your order will be delivered the next available business day.
